The receptivity
The institute is in a quite corner a bit secluded, not far from Campo S. Barnaba and from Calle de la Toletta, along a fondamenta frequented especially by the people of the area. The architectural configuration maintains the native idea: to cut out a space to live in silence and peace privileging the inner live. The spacious inner courtyards and the exuberant green flower beds, the family climate and the simplicity of the environments favour reflection and dialogue, precious moments for the one whom has crossed, for most of the day, the crowded Venetian streets and admired the special beauty of the city.
Some hints for your stay
ARRIVING AND DEPARTING
The room will be available from the 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be freed by 10 a.m. on the day of the departure.
BAGGAGE
It’s possible to deposit luggage inside the structure in case of arrival before 2 p.m. and in case of departure after 10 a.m..
CHECK IN
On arrival every guest must give the Reception a valid identity document, so as to carry out the registration formalities.
CLOSING TIME
The Institute closes at 12 midnight and opens at 6 a.m.

PETS
Is not allowed introducing pets in the Institute.
NO SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed inside the Institute.
